St. Mary's Catholic Primary School

A place of educational excellence with Christ at the centre

Catholic Life

We are fortunate to have our Parish church of The Sacred Heart and Our Lady close by. We also have very strong links with Our Lady of Charity and St Augustines RC Church, our sister parish in Daventry.

"Religious education is at the heart of the curriculum and embedded in every aspect of life at St Mary’s. The mission statement is known by all and embraced by the whole community. It underpins all daily activities."

"The school’s values and ethos are visibly reflected in the exemplary attitudes and relationships which exist between all members of the community. Pupils thrive in the supportive, caring and nurturing atmosphere the school provides."  Section 48 Inspection Report 2014

Please read the latest Section 48 Inspection Report which classifies St Mary's as an Outstanding Catholic Primary School.

We are delighted to have been awarded the RE Gold Quality Mark in recognition for the experiences we provide at St. Mary's and the innovative RE practice. (February 2018)
